1) How long does it take to get ordered item delivered ?
- Express Delivery within Harare and Bulawayo: If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. CAT, you will receive it the same day.
- Express Delivery outside Harare and Bulawayo: If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. CAT, it will be shipped to you within 24hours.
- Standard Delivery Harare and Bulawayo: Following placement of your order, it will be shipped to you within 24hours.
- Standard Delivery outside Harare and Bulawayo: Following placement of your order before 12:00 p.m. CAT, it will be shipped to you within 48hours.
2) How do I place an order on Gateway Stream ?

3) How does Cash on Delivery work ?
Cash on Delivery is one of the payment methods for making purchases on Gateway Store. When you select Cash on Delivery as your payment method, you don’t have to make any advance payment. You pay for your order only when you receive it.
4) I ordered a wrong item. How can I stop the order ?
If you have ordered a wrong item, you can cancel the order within your order history or rather engage our team to assist.
